Yes, for the second time, we are delighted to welcome the beauteous Milady Valey aboard the …whatever ship this is, I have quite given up keeping count. Sufficient to say that I am especially delighted as there was a moment there where I thought I might have to impersonate her and answer my own questions. A little mix up on her computer’s part, as opposed to her being dragged kicking and screaming aboard.
It did give us more time to admire the cover of Milady Stacy’s book after we had learnt to hold it the right way up. AND to start re-reading some of our classics.
Anyway, the last time Milady Valey joined us, we took the boat overland. Today, thankfully we have simply dropped anchor. Fortunately not on anyone’s head, the lovely Milady Valey’s most of all.
My dear Lady Fury, it is so nice to be here again. I must truly apologize for not coming earlier, but this month has been hectic. The journey has been quite pleasant, even though the weather during this time of year is not the best and it has been raining nonstop. I’m glad to finally be in Seville though. Here the sun is shining.
Well, we tried this time to stay closer to home for you. The crew are making you welcome I trust?
You have brought me a pleasing little gift I see….not the hiccup.
Why? Of course! I could not come without a gift. Hic… This comes from Richard’s brother own brew of brandy. The men swear by it, so I think you and the crew will enjoy it. (It certainly helped me combat motion sickness on the trip here)….hic.
Gracious Milady Valey, do compose yourself. The men hardly need encouraging and I sincerely hope the same does need said of you…Hic.. Me neither. Now…. the charming members of the club are all lying on the floor, can you tell us why we should each of us spend a week reading your book?
It’ll take you less than a week to read Blind Beauty. *smile* Why should you read it? Because it’s an emotional journey between two men that are hiding behind a mask and are incapable of seeing what lies within them and in front of them. There’s romance, a dash of adventure and of course, some hot sex.
Gracious, you have their attention all ready. While I think I have cured Flint of eyeing other women, he is still a great one for eyeing everything else. He calls it booty. Is there anything I should do to disabuse him of helping himself to other people’s boats and their contents? Already we have four gondolas aboard.
She’s the one that has been contriving all this mischief. She got Brielle and Vincent together in The Golden Cock and worked her magic with Richard and James as well, though they don’t know it, of course. I hear she’s not into creating mischief these days, something about a warning and an oncoming darkness, but perhaps I could convince her to cast a spell on your man so he’ll stop filling your boat with other people’s contents.
Well, if you would be so good that would be most helpful Milady. Mama’s kitchen https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mamas-Kitchen/431002043619495?fref=ts
most thoughtfully provided our fare today, largely because the pirates eschew the culinary arts for cutlass waving, drinking and frolicking on shore with wenches. Do you have any tips for making them try at least to help my maid, Susan, in the galley? It is such a task and she gets quite fraught.
Another spell? I told her to dress a little less conservatively the last time I came to visit,
but it seems it hasn’t worked. Hum, I suggest she bring out the whips and chains… if you know what I mean. *wiggles eyebrows*
I am afraid I have no idea ……
Seville is lovely I am sure, with beautiful parks, cathedrals and architecture, what sites do you intend visiting here when you leave the ship? Provided of course, you first sign a disclaimer that you never saw me, or Flint?
Yadda, yadda, yes of course I’ll sign the disclaimer. I’m not even sure who you are? Who are you? Oh, just a tourist passing by? Some sites to see in Seville? Well, the Giralda, of course.
The Cathedral is nice but you must climb to the top of the Giralda and take in the beauty of Seville. Also the Real Alcazar is quite breathtaking. And finally, eat, eat and eat some more and get lost in the streets, contemplating the beautiful Andalusian courtyards.

Defined as weird since she was about eight, Elyzabeth honors the title by making up songs about her chores, doodling stars and flowers on any blank sheet of paper and talking to her dog whenever he feigns interest.
Losing the battle to the voices in her head is her favorite pastime after annoying her younger sister with her singing. Writing stories full of passion and emotion where love conquers all is her happy pill and she’ll forgo sleep to make her readers live the dream.
